Hi there!
It’s so great to see you :)
I’m guessing you’re here because there’s just too much on your plate right now. Maybe you’re using up all of your energy on life admin and not leaving yourself with any capacity to enjoy life.
Whatever the reason, you’re in the right place. And honestly, that deserves a pat on the back - you’ve managed to bypass literal decades of societal and intergenerational guilt and shame around not being able to do the “simple” things and found your way here.
That’s a mighty big step and no matter what you decide from here, I’m proud of you.
So, what is it exactly that we do?
Put simply, we are a team of virtual assistants, specialising in helping folks with ADHD, autism, and any other conditions that cause life admin to suck all the joy out of actual life.
Contrary to how it sounds, we are real people. It’s just the assistance we offer that’s virtual.
That means we are here - either at the other end of the phone or the other side of a computer screen - to take all the overwhelming but necessary tasks off your plate.

Why ‘Stardust’?
Nadia’s story
”My dad was diagnosed with cancer in late 2018. As his condition worsened, his trips to the hospital became more frequent and his life turned into a swirl of paperwork, Webster packs and information overload. I supported him through his battle in any way I could, sometimes just sitting with him during treatment, talking to him about our cats or listening to his random facts about the world. After he passed away in 2020, I couldn’t go back to a regular desk job. I had to keep helping people. I enrolled to study disability and quit my job to pursue support work.
Dad was obsessed with music. This obsession was passed down to me, and there are many artists whose music transports me back to the times we shared; but one artist in particular is the late David Bowie, AKA Ziggy Stardust.
This is for you, Dad.”
